Samsung
is about to release new device lineup soon, and as the marketing name
is not yet revealed we already know the model naming.
The
“A” series (“A” is from SM-A prefix of device model, not actual serie
name) was first spotted at Bluetooth certification pages (SM-A5000 and SM-A5009)
and then we found that the SM-A5 family is a little wider than this
two. Full (up to today) list of SM-A5 series models are as follows:
SM-A500F, SM-A500H, SM-A500M, SM-A5008, SM-A5009, SM-A500G, SM-A500Y
But thats not all. Samsung will also introduce SM-A3 series (which means this may be a low-end variants)
SM-A300F, SM-A300H, SM-A300M, SM-A3009, SM-A300G, SM-A300Y
According
to UAPROF (links bellow, but at the time we wrote this news the A3 is
already unavailable) website, the A500 series will pack 720p
(1280x720px) display and A300 series will hold qHD display (960×540px),
both will be released with Android KitKat 4.4.4 out of the box.
Both
SM-A variants will be available in following colors: White, Black,
Pink, Blue, and possibly but that’s not yet confirmed – Yellow.
We
don’t know much about how this devices will look like, and what Samsung
is preparing as a “WOW!” factor for them, but we should see more info
comming in upcoming weeks so stay tuned!
